When I first heard about all the hype and drama surrounding where these products come from, I wasn't sure if I should buy them. But after digging deep and finding all sorts of mixed messages, I figured I'd give them a shot. And you know what? I gotta say, these products are seriously amazing. They actually work and have totally changed up my skincare routine.

I've been using dead sea products for so many years now, and let me tell you, they are seriously the best for my skin. When I talked to customer service, specifically Anna F, she blamed the warehouse and gave me a return label for a refund. But this lack of quality control is worrying, and it makes me question the company's integrity. The products clearly go bad over time and shouldn't be sent to customers like that. I expected better from a company that says they care about customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, their customer service is not up to par - they hardly ever pick up the phone and take forever to reply to emails. Other companies admit when they mess up and try to make things right with their customers, but Ahava doesn't seem to have that same commitment.
