CommunicationI bought some skincare stuff the other day and man, the customer service was seriously lacking. Nobody kept me in the loop about my order and to top it off, some random person from another country called me by accident, thinking my phone was the customer service line for that brand. Kinda sketchy, ya know? Makes me wonder about how safe my personal info is with them, especially since I just started shopping there.
