Genealogy research program settings
I was really frustrated with the genealogy research program settings on this platform. When I set up my research tools, I expect them to stay that way, but Find My Past doesn't allow that. For example, I like using a horizontal pedigree chart, but the platform always goes back to the vertical pedigree chart view as the default. This inconsistency drives me crazy, especially since I've used other genealogy programs before that didn't have this problem. Another issue I had was trying to find help in the Help Hub. The format seems to require a specific question format, which makes it hard to find the information I need. I think having a drop-down menu would make the Help Hub easier to use and more effective, giving customers clearer guidance on what kind of questions can be answered.
Newbie review on family tree website
I just started using this new family tree website and I gotta say, it's a bit confusing for me. Like, why can't I change the background color of the tree or make the names stand out more? And seriously, why can't I just click on a line to shrink the tree branches? It's like I'm stuck in this never-ending maze of family members.
Free trial experience
I thought I'd give the free trial a try, but it didn't really meet my expectations. I was hoping to check out a bunch of different records and resources, but it turned out there wasn't that much to look at. It was kinda frustrating not being able to dig into things like I had hoped.
Wide variety of images
I really like all the different image documents on the website - it's so interesting to dive into historical records and learn more about the past. But I do find it tough to make a proper citation with the limited info provided. It would be great to get access to the source material for better referencing.
Quick and efficient research tool
I really like using Find My Past for my genealogy research. The only problem I had was inputting dates, it was a bit annoying because I had to click on the date box multiple times. Apart from that, it's a great platform to find out about my family history.

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to use this research website. I can't seem to find any technical help to guide me through this issue. Even though I have good information to identify them, I'm not getting much info on my relatives. It's frustrating to pay for a service that's not giving me what was promised. I feel lost and confused trying to navigate this website, and it's disappointing that there aren't many useful resources available.
trial period experience
During my trial, I had problems accessing information. Whenever I tried to see some records, I got a message saying I had to subscribe to see the content. I tried to contact customer service for help, but no luck. Every time I called, I was told all agents were busy and to have my email ready. Then, the call would suddenly end. This happened many times over a few days, and I felt very frustrated and let down by the poor customer support.
Dodgy purchase
This store keeps sending me iffy information and clues, making it tough for me to figure out if I should buy something or not. I'm really unsure about it, I just can't make a decision.
