mtDNA test
I made a mistake by buying the mtDNA test, thinking it would give me some cool info but it was totally useless. After waiting forever and paying a bunch of money, all I got was a bunch of random codes that didn't tell me anything new. I already knew where my ancestors came from, but this test didn't give me any details on how much of my blood is European, Indian, American, or African. So yeah, don't waste your money on this test.
DNA test purchase
What's the deal with this company? Their DNA tests feel so outdated. They're using ancient technology for their Y-Chrom and Mito-DNA tests. It seems like they care more about the medical field than actually helping people with their ancestry. They really need to catch up with the times!
Big Y 700 DNA Test
As a customer who bought the Big Y 700 DNA Test, I was a bit worried at first because there wasn't much info or communication from the company. Emails took a while to get a response, and calling or chatting just got me automated messages. But when I reached out to group admins for help, they were fast and gave me the info I needed to confirm DNA matches. The company's website had some details, but I found it more useful to check out online forums and blogs to really understand my test results. Even though it was tough at first, I eventually connected with a DNA match on the site and got some cool insights into my genetic background.
Password reset request
I've been trying to reset my password for so long now, eh. Every time I give it a go, it just keeps going in circles, and I always end up back at square one. I tried to reset it a while back, and I'm still dealing with the same problem. It's so frustrating, and I can't believe such a simple issue hasn't been fixed yet, ya know?
DNA test purchase
The final outcomes and reporting were so disappointing - it was a total disaster. If you jump in on this project, don't count on getting any clear information from the others involved. It seems like everyone believes they're genetic gurus, but in reality, it's just a jumbled mess. I couldn't make heads or tails of anything, and I doubt anyone really knows what's up. I felt totally confused and swamped. If you're looking for a smoother time, I suggest trying 23andme instead of dealing with all this craziness.
