Tool unlocking for multiple DNA kits
Tool unlocking for multiple DNA kits
ServiceSo, I just shelled out some cash to unlock the chromosome browser feature for several DNA kits that I oversee. Ran into a bit of a snag at first - the feature was only working for me and not the other kits. Had to cough up some more dough to unlock it for one of the kits, but I gotta say, the quick response and access to the chromosome browser was a nice surprise. All in all, happy with the service I got.
DNA kit purchase
DNA kit purchase
ServiceI ordered a DNA kit from this place and it was awesome! The sales team was really nice and helpful. The coolest part is they do all the processing right in their fancy lab. FamilyTree does a great job at matching up the DNA samples.
DNA ancestry test
DNA ancestry test
ServiceGood service for DNA ancestry testing, but the customer service is not the best. They couldn't analyze my mtdna sample and wouldn't give me a refund, telling me to get another sample instead.
