DNA test kit
DNA test kit
CommunicationEh, I bought a DNA test kit and man, I gotta say I'm really let down by the service. The website says it's gonna find matches for my DNA results, but it's been stuck on that step for weeks now. I've reached out to support a bunch of times but they never get back to me. The chat feature on the site ain't working right either, so I can't even get ahold of anyone for help. I even asked them to delete my account and still, radio silence. Honestly, this whole thing has been so frustrating and I'm starting to think this service is just a big ol' scam, eh.
Big Y 700 DNA Test
Big Y 700 DNA Test
CommunicationAs a customer who bought the Big Y 700 DNA Test, I was a bit worried at first because there wasn't much info or communication from the company. Emails took a while to get a response, and calling or chatting just got me automated messages. But when I reached out to group admins for help, they were fast and gave me the info I needed to confirm DNA matches. The company's website had some details, but I found it more useful to check out online forums and blogs to really understand my test results. Even though it was tough at first, I eventually connected with a DNA match on the site and got some cool insights into my genetic background.
