Motorhome rental
Outdoorsy has been super helpful every step of the way while we were renting out our motorhome. From the first questions we had to the final booking, they were so accommodating and quick to reply. Any issues or worries we had, they took care of right away, and always tried to find a fix that was good for us. Their customer service is really great and they made the whole process super easy and stress-free.
RV rental experience
I just rented an RV through this platform and I gotta say, the whole process was easy peasy and felt super safe. When I needed to get in touch with customer service, the call back feature was a lifesaver. I also really liked how the security deposits made it easy for me to get back some cash for any little damages. But, I did run into some issues with insurance coverage in Canada. A few reps didn't seem to know much about Canadian insurance policies and kinda struggled with handling Canadian claims quickly, which ended up dragging things out.
RV rental experience
I just rented an RV from this company and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience overall. The website was easy to use and helped me connect with RV owners easily. The fees were fair compared to other sites and the whole renting process was pretty simple. But as an owner, I did run into a couple of issues. The phone app doesn't have a "host" mode, so it's tough for me to keep up with booking requests on the fly. Plus, the messaging feature can be a bit spotty, which can be annoying when I'm trying to chat with guests.

Outdoorsy is amazing, eh! They really know how to help both people renting and owning RVs smoothly, and they provide tools to make sure everything is safe and secure for everyone involved. My RV trips and rentals with Outdoorsy have been absolutely awesome, eh!
