We had a few hiccups when setting up our hosting account at first, like taking a bit longer to fix things and needing to check in often to push things along. But, all in all, the page is doing what it should. The people we've rented to through the site have been great renters, which has made it a good experience for us.

A few reps didn't seem to know much about Canadian insurance policies and kinda struggled with handling Canadian claims quickly, which ended up dragging things out.
