The whole process of renting out my teardrop trailer was super easy and stress-free. I could easily check out the renter and agree to the rental without any issues. Communicating with the renter went smoothly, and both the check-in and check-out procedures went off without a hitch. The app was really easy to use, and the email reminders helped me stay organized. On the day of the rental, I got an email with all the paperwork I needed, which made things really convenient. All I had to do was show up and hand over my teardrop trailer to the renter.

When I rented an RV through this platform, I was really impressed with how well they communicated and how quickly they responded to me. The choices they gave me were awesome, and overall the whole process went really smoothly and efficiently. One thing I would recommend for both travelers and owners is to think about offering travel insurance for RV rentals that are outside of the owner's area. I know how expensive RV service calls can be, and having the option to buy insurance for some peace of mind would have been so great. I get that they don't offer it right now, but I think it could be a really helpful thing to add in the future. Maybe they could even do something like a membership model like triple A, but for unexpected repairs.

I found the process for signing the rental agreement a bit of a hassle because I had to make sure the renter signed before they picked up the rig. It would have been better to have that step done ahead of time so we could focus on giving a good orientation to the renter. Also, I think the app was a bit confusing because it assumed I knew what I had to do as the owner. I would have liked clearer instructions on whether I needed to do anything extra outside of the app.
