I had an awesome time at this place! The rental price at the airport was decent, and I was so happy that there wasn't a lineup. The staff were super nice and gave me a great upgrade without being pushy about it. They didn't try to sell me any extra stuff like insurance that I didn't need when I said no. In the end, I was really happy with how everything turned out.

I rented a car from this company for a weekend trip, and overall, I was pretty happy with the service, but there was one big issue. When I got to the airport, I had a hard time finding the shuttle bus that would take me to the car rental place. I spent so much time looking for it, and eventually I just happened to spot a guy with a sign for the company all the way at the end of the terminal. It would have been a lot easier if there were signs to show where the shuttle pick-up was. Once I finally made it to the office, everything went smoothly and the car was clean and good for what I needed. I might use this service again, but they've got to sort out that shuttle situation first.

Don't be fooled by their 'great deals.' Yeah, the prices might seem good at first, but watch out for sneaky fees that can really add up. And the subcontractors they work with? Well, let's just say the quality of cars isn't always top-notch. If you're expecting a smooth experience, think again - there's not much transparency here.

All in all, I was pretty happy with how much the company was charging. Booking the car was easy peasy and I got a sweet deal on it. But then I found an even better deal on their website after I already booked. Ended up having to cancel my first reservation and book again to get that better price. Canceling was a bit of a pain, and it took a frustratingly long 5 days to get my money back. But besides that hiccup, everything else about dealing with the company was good.

I always go with them because they're just so great! Two times in a row, they've given me amazing service! It's a little expensive, but I understand, things are pretty wild right now. I'll definitely book with them again next year, they're the best!
