The booking process was fast and simple, but the pickup location at Faro airport was way too far from the departure area. When I got back home, I couldn't believe they charged me 21.77 euros for an "E-Toll" service that I never even knew about or used.

I rented a car from this company not too long ago and I have to say, it was pretty good overall. The price was fair and the car they gave me was nice and clean. The folks at the rental desk were really nice and made the whole pickup thing easy. But I was kinda mad when they told me I had to pay an extra €70 because they gave my car away since my flight was a bit late. It was a hassle that definitely put a damper on an otherwise good experience.

I should have listened to the warnings and not used this company at all. Stick with trustworthy companies like Hertz for a hassle-free rental experience.
