I rented a car from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience overall. The price was right and they even hooked me up with a free upgrade, which was a nice bonus. The staff were really friendly and gave great service. The only hiccup was trying to find the desk at the airport, but besides that, everything went off without a hitch.

Scored a sweet deal on a rental last minute over spring break. Decided to go for a bigger car for more comfort. Had a seamless and speedy service at the airport counter. Ended up with a fancy 2022 model with all the extras - heated seats and a 230V power outlet! Drove around 100 miles and the fuel was surprisingly cheap at €0.14 per mile. Was a bit taken aback by the diesel manual transmission, but no problem!

I just got that full insurance for my rental car from this service. But when I brought back the car, they didn't even ask me a single question. It got me thinking if the insurance was really worth it. Next time, I'd recommend just skipping the service's insurance and going with the insurance from the rental company at the counter to keep some cash in your pocket.

All in all, I was pretty happy with how much the company was charging. Booking the car was easy peasy and I got a sweet deal on it. But then I found an even better deal on their website after I already booked. Ended up having to cancel my first reservation and book again to get that better price. Canceling was a bit of a pain, and it took a frustratingly long 5 days to get my money back. But besides that hiccup, everything else about dealing with the company was good.
