QualityThe car rental service from Holiday Autos was really good. The car was clean, almost new, and in pretty good shape, except for a broken electric mirror switch that I noticed when I picked it up. It was a bit of a hassle and could be dangerous for drivers who are different heights since they couldn't adjust the side mirrors easily. But overall, the car worked well and met my needs for the time I had it.

QualityThe car seat for the kid could have been a bit better, but it wasn't a big deal for me. Everything else was great - no waiting, easy to locate. The car was almost new (less than 8000 km) and really clean. I'll definitely rent again if I come back to that area.

QualityMy interaction with the guy at the counter was pretty disappointing. He seemed more into talking with his buddies than helping me with my rental. And to top it off, the car they gave me had a bunch of scratches and had trouble going up even a little hill. The brakes weren't very good either, and at one point the car even started sliding backwards off the road while I had the handbrake on. All in all, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
