The person working at the car rental place was super helpful and made sure to go over all the rules and stuff for renting the car. They also helped us out when we wanted to add another driver to the reservation. We got a list of all the documents we needed for our trip beforehand, which was really handy. It was also easy to get car insurance while booking, which made everything go smoothly and quickly.

The rental process went by really fast and smooth, but one big issue was that the staff didn't tell me about refueling options near the drop-off point. It would have been nice to know that in advance to avoid any last-minute problems. The service was okay overall, but they could definitely work on communicating better with customers.

I rented a car from this company for a weekend trip, and overall, I was pretty happy with the service, but there was one big issue. When I got to the airport, I had a hard time finding the shuttle bus that would take me to the car rental place. I spent so much time looking for it, and eventually I just happened to spot a guy with a sign for the company all the way at the end of the terminal. It would have been a lot easier if there were signs to show where the shuttle pick-up was. Once I finally made it to the office, everything went smoothly and the car was clean and good for what I needed. I might use this service again, but they've got to sort out that shuttle situation first.
