TransfersEh, my experience with the customer service at this financial company has been pretty disappointing, eh. I just moved my money from a big bank to this platform, only to find out they couldn't stop a payment that put me over my TFSA limit. This mistake could have been real bad for my finances, eh. When I tried talking to their customer service team about it, they weren't much help and couldn't fix the problem. So I decided to take my money out of this company, eh.
