CommunicationThe company just won't stop sending me those annoying spam emails even though I've never even done business with them. They keep saying I signed up for their stuff, but that's a total lie just to get me to buy. I've tried to unsubscribe twice already, but they just won't give up. It's so uncool and shady, taking advantage of people like that.
