SecurityI had such a frustrating time trying to open an investing account online. I sent in my ID, but then my account got locked for no reason, even though I'm old enough. The whole ID check thing was a real pain, with all these hoops to jump through that didn't seem necessary. I get that they need security measures, but it's just not cool when the system doesn't work right.
