Expatriate financial services
Being an expat living abroad for two years now, I gotta say the financial services I've been using have been a lifesaver. They've made it so easy for me to get my paycheck and send money back home to my family and other places around the globe. I really like how quick and user-friendly the service is.
Money transfer review
I just tried to transfer some money using this service, and let me tell you, I wasn't too happy with it. The rates were decent and it was quick, but wow, the whole process was too complicated for me. As a 77-year-old who's not great with technology, I found it all super frustrating and worrying. I have other banks I use that are much more secure and user-friendly for me. Every time they change something, it just makes me more anxious and annoyed.
Transfer service
The customer service reps do get back to you pretty fast when you have questions, but sometimes their answers can be a bit unclear. Like, it's not really clear what happens to any extra money in your account if you can't use it. This lack of clarity is worrying and should be cleared up for everyone's peace of mind.
Sending money internationally
Sending money to places like Mexico was so easy with this service. I didn't have to deal with any of those annoying wire fees and issues that come with sending money to a Mexican bank account. The process was quick and the money arrived really fast. Can't complain at all, it was just awesome service!

ID checks all the time
It's frustrating how they always make us prove our identity over and over again. We've already shown who we are countless times, they really should trust us by now! It's such a pain to keep going through those checks every time. If they have any doubts, just reach out and give us a call instead of making us deal with all this unnecessary hassle.
