PriceI've been using this currency exchange service for a while now and it's been pretty good up until my last transaction which left me feeling let down. At first, everything was smooth sailing with competitive rates and reliable service. But my latest experience was a bit of a letdown. There were delays in processing my transaction which seemed to be because they were short-staffed, as mentioned in the message about a high volume of queries. On top of that, the amount I received was less than what was originally quoted to me, which was disappointing. I'm hopeful that these issues are just temporary and that the service will get better in the future.
