App & PortalExchanges and transfers have been going smoothly and the rates are pretty good. The only downside is the phone app - it's not very reliable. It keeps freezing and I have to log in multiple times.

App & PortalI had a really bad time with that currency exchange stuff. They had this neat feature where you could set a trigger rate to buy, but now it's gone! And don't even get me started on waiting for funds to show up before changing. Like, why did they get rid of those great options?! I'm not too thrilled about it.

But recently, they made a change that made it harder for me to compare rates, which wasn't cool. I'll keep using it for now, but I'm not sure how long I'll stick with it.
