Customer service really made me feel like they actually cared about what I was going through. They jumped right in and fixed the problem super fast, getting everything sorted out in just a few minutes. I was really impressed by how quick and dedicated they were to helping me out.

I was so excited to buy tickets to see my favorite band but ended up getting scammed! The tickets were way more expensive than I expected because of all these extra fees. Super not cool, eh.

I bought some event tickets back on September 11th, eh, but it's been two months now and I still haven't gotten them. I was so pumped when I made the purchase, but now I'm really let down by how slow the delivery is. I've seen a bunch of reviews online saying this platform might not be legit, and now I'm stuck in this annoying situation. It's just not right for a ticket service to take this dang long to send tickets by email. If this isn't fixed soon, I'm gonna have to take this up a notch.

I just wanted to share my experience with buying tickets for a concert happening in April. When I made my purchase, I ended up on a different website than I was expecting. Plus, I couldn't find a customer service number, which made me question how reliable the service is.

I just bought VIP concert tickets through this site for a show in Spokane. But when I got there, turns out the seats I thought I paid for weren't the ones I actually got. I paid a lot for those VIP tickets, only to end up in the general admission section behind the VIP area. It was pretty disappointing and frustrating because the tickets I got didn't match the price I paid.

I bought tickets for the grandstand at this awesome event, but they sent me different ones without telling me. They did try to fix it by giving me a small discount, but honestly, it's not cool. My trip is already super expensive, and now I might have to watch from really far away. At least they refunded my money, but I'm still pretty upset about the whole situation.
