On-siteI bought tickets for the grandstand at this awesome event, but they sent me different ones without telling me. They did try to fix it by giving me a small discount, but honestly, it's not cool. My trip is already super expensive, and now I might have to watch from really far away. At least they refunded my money, but I'm still pretty upset about the whole situation.
