ChangesPurchased tickets for a Kenny Chesney concert on October 19th, then it got postponed and no refund was offered. Who even buys concert tickets 3 years ahead of time? Customer service was terrible, no one answered my calls or emails. This feels like a scam! Be careful, always read the fine print. We should have the choice to get a refund from these big artists and corporations.

ChangesI bought my Jeff Dunham tickets back in October 2019 for a show that was supposed to happen in November 2021. Because of Covid-19 messing things up, there were some date changes and I had trouble getting my hands on the new tickets before the show. I contacted customer service to explain my problem, and at first, they told me they couldn't give me a refund because of their policy. But after a bit of a wait, I was happy to find out that I would be getting a full refund two weeks later. All in all, they handled everything pretty well, and I was happy with how it was resolved.
