On-siteI was so disappointed with my ticket buying experience on this site. I asked for specific seats and got ones on the total opposite side of the stage. They called it an "upgrade," but it was not at all what I wanted. Their lack of clear policies made me feel confused and upset. I wasn't even sure if I would get my original seats when I got there. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience overall.

On-siteI just bought VIP concert tickets through this site for a show in Spokane. But when I got there, turns out the seats I thought I paid for weren't the ones I actually got. I paid a lot for those VIP tickets, only to end up in the general admission section behind the VIP area. It was pretty disappointing and frustrating because the tickets I got didn't match the price I paid.

On-siteI bought tickets for the grandstand at this awesome event, but they sent me different ones without telling me. They did try to fix it by giving me a small discount, but honestly, it's not cool. My trip is already super expensive, and now I might have to watch from really far away. At least they refunded my money, but I'm still pretty upset about the whole situation.
