ServiceI had a really frustrating time recently with buying tickets from a company - they sent me the wrong tickets for a specific venue and date. The customer service was super disappointing, and they didn't have any policy in place for refunds or exchanges to fix the mistake. So, I ended up having to pay for two sets of tickets, but only one set worked. I feel like I got tricked into this double purchase and I'm really upset about how unfair and unethical this company's practices are. I definitely won't be buying from them again and I'll make sure to let others know about my bad experience.
