Last-minute seat rescue

I almost didn't buy because the seat map lied — kept showing seats but checkout said no. I first spotted the game on a friend's post and figured I'd try last minute, but I was skeptical. The rep I spoke with actually found a better spot, moved me over and the game was great. Not perfect, but glad I called.

Paid for insurance, got little help

I thought the little "insurance" note was reassuring when I bought tickets for the Chris Münch show last Saturday — that was my first impression, felt like a sensible extra. We hit horrible traffic and rolled up with about an hour left; staff didn't let us in so we walked away, and the company refused to refund the insurance or tickets. That part stings. On the plus side the checkout was fast and the e-tickets arrived instantly, which I appreciated — at least that part worked, so kind of glad of that.

Double ticket purchase

I had a really frustrating time recently with buying tickets from a company - they sent me the wrong tickets for a specific venue and date. The customer service was super disappointing, and they didn't have any policy in place for refunds or exchanges to fix the mistake. So, I ended up having to pay for two sets of tickets, but only one set worked. I feel like I got tricked into this double purchase and I'm really upset about how unfair and unethical this company's practices are. I definitely won't be buying from them again and I'll make sure to let others know about my bad experience.

Customer service really made me feel like they actually cared about what I was going through. They jumped right in and fixed the problem super fast, getting everything sorted out in just a few minutes. I was really impressed by how quick and dedicated they were to helping me out.
