So, my wife's gift spa package didn't show up on time for her big day. I gave customer service a ring and Rachel helped me out. The first package got lost in the mail, but Rachel quickly sent me a voucher and shipped another one. It did come late for the celebration, but Rachel's service and care really made things right.
