CommunicationBooking a spa day kinda soured a bit for me because there was a lack of communication between the spa breaks agent, the hotel, and us. When I called to book our treatments and cream tea, the agent didn't give us clear info on when we could actually use the facilities that were part of our package. It was confusing and frustrating when we got to the hotel.
