Accommodationcobwebs in the room, grubby tub, a shower head that barely worked, no room phone and no elevator. I complained and SPABREAKS.com basically shrugged — they wouldn’t properly take it up with their partner. Annoying, especially after I paid good money. Glad booking was smooth, but frustrated they left me to sort it.

AccommodationThe hotel and spa were amazing! The staff were really friendly and they always had a smile. They were so helpful too. The food at the hotel was delicious, and everything was really clean. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends!
