Hotel booking
Hotel booking
ChangesI just booked a hotel with this company and I was pretty happy with how it all went down. The website was easy to use and I snagged a sweet deal on a room for my next trip. Booking it was a breeze and I got a confirmation email with all the deets I needed. But, I did run into a bit of a snag when I had to switch up my reservation. I was stuck on hold forever before I could talk to someone which was a real pain. Still, I managed to sort it out in the end.
About Priceline
Priceline is an American company that operates as a travel fare aggregator and travel metasearch engine. The company provides users with access to deals on hotels, flights, car rentals, cruises, and vacation packages by aggregating prices and services from various suppliers. Founded in 1997 by Jay S. Walker, Priceline quickly gained attention for its "Name Your Own Price" system, which allowed customers to bid on hotel rooms and flights. However, over time, the company has shifted towards a more traditional e-commerce model, with a heavy emphasis on hotel bookings. Headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut, Priceline is a subsidiary of Booking Holdings Inc., which is one of the world's leading providers of online travel and related services.
