BookingI just booked a hotel using this travel website and boy was I let down. The whole booking process was a mess, the website kept crashing and showing wrong info. I had to contact customer service many times to fix my reservation, it was a real pain. And the prices weren't even that good, other sites had better deals for the same place. On top of that, my booking confirmation took forever to arrive, adding to my pre-trip stress. I wouldn't suggest using this travel site for hotels, that's for sure.
