ServiceI stumbled onto them after a friend tipped me, so I was still a bit wary at first — first time booking with Portugal Getaways and all that. Beatriz was patient and helped sort the itinerary. My doubts mostly faded, though a few small details could have been clearer, but overall fine.

ServiceI didn't expect to feel this chill about a trip — had a rough move and my sore back made me nervous — but these folks handled everything. Customer service answered my worries, arranged rides to the airport and booked our lodgings. One Porto flat was a bit tired, but location was perfect. Lisbon hotel was lovely. Felt cared for.
