    Lounge booking change

    I had really high hopes for this place, but I was really let down. I had booked a spot in the airport lounge, but then my flight changed at the last minute. When I tried to change my booking, I was surprised to see I had to pay just to make a simple change. To make matters worse, the new confirmation still had the old details on it. It felt like a total rip-off, so I ended up cancelling my reservation completely. It honestly seemed like they were trying to squeeze every last penny out of me. I definitely wouldn't suggest this place to anyone wanting a stress-free experience.

    Coffee machine out of service, no fruit provided, complimentary drinks not the best quality

    Aw, what a bummer! I went to that place not too long ago and man, was I surprised to see the coffee machine wasn't working. And on top of that, they didn't even have any fruit, and the free drinks they had were pretty low quality. I couldn't believe how little they seemed to care about making sure everything was just right for their customers. It's really disappointing that a place that's supposed to be high-end would let their customers down like that. I'd say it's not even worth your time or money to go there.

    Booking Error

    So I made a mistake when I was booking a service and needed to change it. Even though the website said 'free cancellation up to 24 hours before booking', I had trouble fixing my error. When I called customer service, I was connected to a call center in China with a bad connection. They told me I could only change my booking if I paid $10 per person. The representative wasn't very helpful and basically said I had to pay up or stick with it. I really should have checked the reviews before booking to avoid all this frustration.

    Lounge experience at the airport

    So, ya know, I was hanging out at this swanky lounge in the airport and let me tell ya, it was not what I was expecting! The staff were super rude and not helpful at all. It felt like they didn't even wanna be there! The lady at the front desk couldn't even speak English - like, seriously, we're at an airport in the UK, how can ya not speak English?! And don't even get me started on the food. It was so flavourless and the seating area was nasty. I asked for some wipes to clean up and the server took forever to bring some and they were dirty! Never gonna go back there, that's for sure!

    I recently got to hang out at a lounge during a layover and let me tell you, the service was top-notch. The manager and her team were so helpful and understanding when I had trouble using my membership number to get in. They really went out of their way to make sure I had a chill and relaxing time before my next flight. From the front desk to the lounge service, everyone was friendly and on the ball. It was a nice change of pace to be treated so well during a layover. I've never had service like that in a lounge before, and it definitely made my trip more special. If you ever find yourself in Hong Kong, I really recommend checking it out.

    After buying 2 tickets and trying to book at a specific place, everything seemed good until I tried to use the voucher code. Even though I had an email with the code, the website wouldn't take it, which really bugged me and made me wonder if the site was legit. The whole booking process was way more complicated than it needed to be, which was really disappointing. I just hope someone helps me out soon.

    Small, no privacy, bad food

    When I walked into that place, it was so packed but there were some empty seats that seemed reserved for no reason. I asked if I could sit there and the lady said no in such a strong accent I couldn't even make out. Then she pointed to a single seat in the middle of a big group of people traveling together. I didn't want to sit there, they didn't want me to sit there, it was a mess. If I wanted a different seat, she basically told me too bad, wait until something opens up. I didn't have time for that, so I just sat down. <br><br> The food area was a tiny disaster, everyone was bumping into each other. The coffee was in a strange spot, and the knives and forks were in another weird spot. They need to rearrange things, make it more logical. Plates should be over there as well. <br><br> The whole setup was off, they need to start fresh. The food was just depressing, low quality, felt like it had been sitting out forever. I swear I almost chipped a tooth on a croissant. <br><br> That place is just terrible, I can't believe anyone would want to go there. Honestly, go to McDonald's instead. <br><br> If you're thinking of paying for that place, save your money. Go anywhere else, you'll be happier. I seriously can't understand how any businesses would want to be associated with it.

    Air Mauritius Business Class Plaza Premium Lounge Review

    Unfortunately, my experience at the Plaza Premium Lounge provided by Air Mauritius Business Class at Heathrow T4 was really disappointing. The food options were not great, the staff were rude and slow, and there weren't enough seats for everyone. On top of that, some of the male staff were behaving inappropriately towards female customers, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The Air France section also seemed to be full of people who weren't even flying with Air France, adding to the confusion and disorganization in the lounge. Overall, I was not happy with my experience and I plan to contact Air Mauritius to share my concerns about the poor service and conditions in this lounge.

    Greek Salad for gluten intolerant individuals

    This place is absolutely ridiculous! Can you believe they have the nerve to label everything with gluten but only have Greek salad as an option for people who can't have gluten? Come on now, surely they can do better than that! It shouldn't be that hard to offer more choices for customers with dietary restrictions. And to top it off, they have chips and bread but not a single piece of fruit in sight. It's just a joke! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. It's a shame that they don't think about people's needs and are so clueless.

    My recent time at the airport lounge in YYZ was really disappointing. I thought it was too expensive, there weren't enough seats, and the free drinks were not good. The food choices were not great and I didn't think it was worth the money.

    What a disappointment! The food options were so limited and not very healthy, and the lounge was way too crowded with old, uncomfortable seating.     Lounge experience at an airport

    My recent time at an airport lounge was not great. It was way too crowded and the furniture looked old and falling apart, with fake leather all worn out. Some seats were marked as 'reserved' for no reason, making the whole place even more uncomfortable. The only good thing was that there was food and drinks to grab. But honestly, it wasn't worth the money to be there with the atmosphere being like that.
