CommunicationI almost didn't hit buy. I had that feeling — you know, after a couple bad runs with other companies — where you figure it's going to be a hassle. The order number sat in my inbox and I worried. Service was slow at first. I called and emailed and didn't hear much for weeks. Then, after about four months of ping-pong, someone actually took ownership, explained what went wrong and fixed it. They were polite when they finally responded and offered a small compensation, which helped a bit. It's not perfect. It took too long and I kept checking. But in the end my doubts faded and I was sort of relieved.
