Fast booking, painfully expensive cancellation
CancellationeasyJet would’ve charged £49. Mytrip passed that on, then tacked on a £34 admin fee per person and didn’t refund baggage fees. In the end it cost us £454 to cancel. I was honestly surprised by the smooth booking, but shocked at the cost and the service. Wait times were terrible — I was number 64 in the queue. Book direct next time.
