CommunicationI've been a loyal member for a while now, but I'm really getting frustrated with the lack of response to my emails about my account issue. It's just not right to pay good money for a membership and then not get any help when problems come up. The fact that this company isn't communicating or providing support is really disappointing, and it makes me feel like they don't care about me as a customer. I was hoping for better treatment from a company that says they value their members.

CommunicationNo customer service whatsoever! I tried emailing and reaching out on social media but got no response at all. They totally ignore their customers and it's really hard to get in touch with anyone if you have a problem. I'm definitely not going to use this loyalty program again.
