BookingI had a terrible experience with the Melia website and phone numbers, eh. I tried to update my Melia awards profile, but the system just wouldn't cooperate, you know. When I tried to call reservations, the phone number they had put out there was nowhere to be found. And to top it off, when I attempted to make a reservation, the whole system crashed on me. It was so frustrating and felt like I was getting nowhere. Now, I'm thinking about switching hotels because of this lousy service, eh. And I'm worried about what's going to happen to all my Melia rewards points if I do decide to make the move.

BookingI really like Melia hotels, but their website for booking definitely needs some improvements. When trying to book a room, I got stuck with an error message that didn't give me any useful info. Even though my loyalty points were held, my booking still wasn't confirmed. I ended up having to contact Melia directly to get some help.
