TransportAs a customer, my experience with the transfer service I booked on this platform was really disappointing. I was taken aback by the extra charges that weren't mentioned beforehand, plus the vehicle was not up to par. The fact that the car didn't have proper safety features was worrying, especially for a family outing. All in all, I wouldn't suggest using this service.

TransportSorry, but the info on the website about where to catch the shuttle bus was totally wrong. It said the stop was super close, like 10-15 meters from the MRT station exit, but it was actually way farther, like up to 100 meters. Because of this, we ended up missing the bus and it was a pain in the butt. Plus, the site didn’t have any contact info for customer service, so we couldn't even try to fix the mess.
