ChangesI had a really frustrating time with the customer service at this agency. I booked a ticket for the HSR train and noticed there was a mistake in the birth year on the voucher. At first, I thought I made a mistake, but after checking again, I saw that the agency had entered the wrong information on the voucher. When I reached out for help, they said I needed to cancel my order and would only get a partial refund because of a service fee. Even after I explained everything, they still wouldn't fix my order without the extra charge. They didn't even try to figure out what caused the mistake or how to stop it from happening again in the future. All in all, not a great experience with this agency.
