On-siteJust got back from a day trip to Kyoto that I booked online, and man, it was a disaster. Our tour guide barely spoke English, which was weird because most of us on the bus were from out of town. We were rushed through everything and didn't really get to take in the sights. Plus, the guide didn't even get their facts straight, so everyone was confused. All in all, it was not a great time.

On-siteI bought the Universal Studios Japan Express pass thinking I could have a blast on all the rides, especially the one they said was included. But when I got the vouchers and saw that the ride I was most excited for was closed on the day I went, I was super let down. It felt like false advertising to me. So, I reached out to customer service right away, hoping they could help, but they just said there was nothing they could do. It's frustrating to feel like I was deceived and not have any solution offered.

On-siteI jus' went on dis group tour t'rough d'is service an', OH BOY, it was a total mess! Dey said we'd see all dese cool t'ings an' do fun stuff, but mos' of it wasn't even included. Our tour guide was a total flop - unprofessional an' seemed like he didn't know what he was doin'. Overall, it was a pretty crappy experience. I was so let down by d'is service an' wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
