Had a bit of a problem with my visa being expired, and the Taiwan Rail refunded one of the tickets back to the agent, but they didn't give me my money back right away. I had to get my credit card company involved before the agent finally coughed up the cash. They said they were great at customer service, but really, their actions were sloppy and just caused me a bunch of unnecessary hassle and stress, ya know?
