Softball tournament stay with family

I recently stayed at a hotel with my family for a softball tournament. When we got there, they told us the lobby was closed, but we could use the meeting room and the pool. We were hoping for a place where our whole team and their families could hang out, but we ran into some problems during our team meeting on the first night. Even though we didn't have a common area to gather, they told us to leave the meeting room. We tried to find other spots in the hotel to meet, but we kept getting hassled. It was kind of a letdown that the staff wasn't more helpful. They even threatened to kick us out if we didn't go back to our rooms, which made us feel pretty stranded and annoyed. We were expecting better customer service and understanding from a four-star hotel. We've stayed at hotels being renovated before and never had a bad experience like this. Just because the lobby was closed, that shouldn't mean treating guests poorly. It was also unsettling when one of our parents was told to fix their own TV when they asked for help. Overall, the lack of hospitality and professionalism from the hotel and its staff was really disappointing and not okay.

Eh, so the team at the hotel was seriously amazing, eh! From the moment we arrived to when we left, they were so helpful, eh. They made sure we had everything we needed, and our room was clean with some incredible views, eh. We stayed for two nights and it was the best time ever, eh!

Rude staff at check-in

So, eh, I was at this place during check-in and this lady named Latisha was, like, SO rude. She acted like she didn't want to help us and was just totally annoyed, you know? My friend asked about points and she was all like "I'll look it up later" and when I asked for water she basically yelled at me to choose either water or points because only fancy guests get water. Like, seriously, so unprofessional and rude. Customer service is super important and this lady definitely needs more training, eh.

My stay at the hotel for two nights was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The rooms were super cozy and tidy, which made my stay even better. I really loved everything about this hotel and I'm already thinking about booking another stay in a few months.

Extended stay hotel booking

My experience from booking a long-term stay hotel to when I left was amazing. From the beginning, when I made the reservation, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. When I arrived, Luis Sanchez greeted me. He wasn't just friendly, but also very professional and helpful during my stay. He showed great leadership and made sure all my needs were taken care of. The hotel staff was efficient, polite, and always available to help with any questions or concerns.
