On-siteOur weekend stay was not great because we had no hot water for our Sunday morning shower. It was a big letdown to find out that the water stayed cold no matter what we did with the controls. When we told the front desk about it, they just said that there wasn't enough hot water because there were too many guests. That explanation didn't cut it for us since we paid for a service we didn't get. This experience really turned us off the place and we won't be going back. We don't want any more surprises like this when we stay somewhere.
