I called to find a new place to stay since my regular spot wasn't good for me with all the health stuff going on in the pandemic. The person I spoke to was so attentive and really listened to me. They were able to help me find another place to stay, even though I had some options in the Acton-Boxborough area. They were extremely friendly and even sent me a text with a link for more information. I'll definitely be giving them a call again next time.

After a crazy day of travel with all sorts of delays, missed flights, and cancellations, me and my partner were in a bit of a pickle trying to find a hotel for a much-needed rest on our way back home. We were super tired, and the fact that there were no hotel rooms available just added to our stress. But then we lucked out and met this super nice dude named Michael who totally saved the day. He not only found us a room, but also gave us all the details on costs and how to book. His kindness, patience, and professionalism really made a huge difference and turned our whole experience around.
