CancellationRecently, someone from our group had their reservation cancelled out of the blue because the hotel was overbooked. This meant having to drive two hours to get to the hotel, only to discover there was no room left. Both Hotel Planner and the hotel pointed fingers at each other, leaving us in the lurch without any compensation for the trouble. This kind of poor service just isn't on, and it's convinced me to steer clear of using this service ever again. On top of that, running into a rude Hotel Planner Representative in the past only cemented my decision to avoid this organization for any future travel arrangements.
