CommunicationYesterday was such a frustrating experience trying to get in touch with someone about my reservation. My name and email were both spelled wrong, and they kept asking me for a PIN that I never got. Every time I tried to email them, I was stuck because of this PIN situation. I kept explaining my problem in my emails, but all they did was give me a phone number from another country that I really didn't want to call. I was so fed up that I ended up taking a break. Finally, today, I was able to talk to Jonah, who was super nice and fixed all the mistakes in my info and canceled my reservation quickly.
