AccommodationYou say you're a stand-up company, but I gotta say, I was so let down by the service I got. I booked a room for 3 folks, but when we got there, the bed was tiny and no way big enough for all of us. And to top it off, when I asked for my money back, they said it was fine, but then slipped in a charge for cancellation insurance without telling me. That sneaky move is not cool at all, and I'm gonna have to do something about it.

AccommodationThe person I talked to at Hotel Planner was really helpful in helping me find a hotel in the area I wanted. But the hotel they suggested was super old and not well taken care of. When I got there, the room had a bad smell that gave me a headache. It would have been better if the person had checked the latest reviews to give me more current info on the hotel. Basically, I wouldn't suggest staying at this hotel for any reason.
