Flight purchase with added charges
My recent experience booking a flight was not great. I thought the fare was cheap at first, but then they started adding on extra charges. Plus, the online check-in didn't even work properly, which just made things more stressful. And can you believe they wanted $72 for a small carry-on bag? It was way too much. All of these things together made me really unhappy and made me wonder if they'll even stay in business.
Recent booking experience
I just booked a flight using an online travel company for the second time and it was smooth sailing. Got a good deal on my flights too. The first time I used this company, I had to reach out to their customer service for a little problem that wasn't even their fault, and they sorted me out real good. I've seen some negative reviews online bashing travel companies like the one I used, but my own experiences have been nothing but positive. Can't complain!
Booked flights to San Fran, made a mistake
So I booked flights to San Fran for me and my bff, but they got my last name wrong. Talked to a bot, cancelled and rebooked really quickly, and got a refund right away! Plus, it was pretty cheap.
Booked flights from NB to Edmonton and back
Oh man, I totally messed up and got the dates of my flights all wrong. Whoops! But, the folks over at Flight Hub were super fast at sorting it out for me. They were really friendly and helpful, it was like all my stress just vanished. If you're in need of a reliable airline, Flight Hub is definitely the way to go. Their customer service is top-notch, no joke!
Seat selection issue
I can't open the webpage! I already asked for my seats, but it's not letting me request them again! It's so frustrating when you can't even do a basic thing like choosing your seats online.
Ticket booking experience
Booking my ticket online was so easy-peasy, but then things got a bit stressful when I got an email asking me to update my payment info. I was freaking out that my booking might get axed, so I decided to contact customer service. The person I chatted with was super nice and stuck with me on the line until my booking was sorted and I got my e-ticket. I really valued their help, and I was happy with how the company handled everything.
