ServiceI almost didn’t book — the price seemed too good and I doubted baggage was included. I book for work trips and family weekends, so that detail matters. After a messy few weeks of emails and phone calls, the company fixed the booking and refunded the fee. Service was slow, I rolled my eyes more than once, but in the end it was resolved and I’ll use them again, cautiously.
