If you're like me — need coverage because of health, past bad experiences, or a big move — this service gets the practical parts right. Not perfect on the paperwork side (read the terms), and I’d prefer clearer privacy assurances, but for straightforward delivery and solid human customer service they did well. A few small stumbles, sure, but overall I felt taken care of.
