ChangesI just booked a flight for my trip to Italy coming up, and man, the service I got from this company was so disappointing. With all the travel restrictions going on because of the pandemic, you'd think they'd have their act together, but nope. They went and put me on different flights without even following the right steps. Like, hello? Europe and Canada both got these shutdown rules in place, and it's kinda scary that this company just ignored that. Some folks might have to go ahead and take these guys to court for what they did.

ChangesMy flight purchase was terrible, eh. I couldn't even reach them because there were no toll-free numbers for people outside the US or Canada. And then, they kept changing my flight schedules like it was no big deal, and I couldn't even reschedule my flight. I'm not recommending this to anyone, for real!
