CancellationI just booked two tickets for March, but our flights got cancelled because of this pandemic going on. Our booking reference number was 67727487. The airline said they'd give us a full refund, but CheapOair only gave us a credit, and that just won't cut it. I've been trying to get in touch with them to get a refund, but no luck so far. I don't have any other travel plans right now, so this whole thing has been really frustrating.

CancellationNot dealing with this company anymore. I planned a trip for my mom with them and when she got sick and couldn't go, they were no help at all. Spent hours on hold only to hear that the ticket was closed and they couldn't help. I had to reach out to the airline directly, who had no problem reopening the ticket. When I tried to use the credit later, they gave me different expiration dates - even an email with a different date than what they said on the phone. Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare and I won't be using them again.

They said they'd keep the credit forever, but when I went to book another flight, they told me to talk to the airline instead. Even though the credit still shows up in my account, Cheapoair won't acknowledge it. The communication was weak and the customer service was no help at all, so it was really frustrating.

I've reached out to them several times through different platforms but they haven't been very responsive. They still haven't refunded me the full amount for my tickets. In February, I bought two tickets and when I tried to cancel them and use the credit for a different place, they tried to charge me more than the price they had advertised for the new tickets, which isn't allowed in Canada. They wouldn't honor my credit and even hung up on me when I complained. Now I'm taking legal action against them. Best to steer clear of this company and save yourself the trouble of dealing with them.

CancellationMy experience with this travel agency has been a total nightmare. I booked a flight back in September 2021, planning to travel in November and December of that year with a well-known airline. But then, due to all the travel restrictions popping up because of the pandemic, I had to cancel my flight. When I first booked, there were no restrictions in place yet. They gave me credits for the canceled flight, but things got messy when I tried to use those credits to book a new flight in May 2022. CheapOair linked me up with the airline, but they didn't want to help because I booked through the agency. Fast-forward to this year (2023), and the struggle continues. I've been bounced around from one department to another, and nobody can give me a decent solution. One customer service rep even told me to consider booking with a different airline that might be cheaper, basically telling me to forget about my credits. It's so frustrating to not be able to book a flight, not being able to use those credits for any other trips, and not being offered a refund. Essentially, the agency is asking me to say goodbye to $790 in credits. I don't know who else to turn to about this problem.
